Shupps Grove Vendor Information     

Reserved Spaces are $50.00 
For Saturday and Sunday, June 7th and 8th 2025 - Registration Form

Set-up is from 12:00 noon - 5:00 pm Friday June 6th

Gates close at the Grove at 5:00 pm - Both days  

Overnight parking if staying at the grove Friday night is an additional $7.00 

Saturday night is included with space fee.

Restrooms and Showers are available inside the grove.

• Fleece sale is limited to vendors - $5 fee
  ​
• Electric is also available at some spaces, be sure to specify that you need it when you reserve a space.


• There are no RV hook ups.


• 1 3x12 table will be provided for each space. Additional tables may be set-up in your space but you must provide them.


• Fiber animals are welcome at the Grove *but* you must provide cages/pens, and a CVI form is required for all Sheep, Goats Llamas and Alpacas.
